Roots Veyr Organics is an integral part of Roots Holistic Health and Wellness Center LLP, established with a primary focus on promoting wellness and holistic health. Veyr Organics offers a unique and wholesome alternative to our daily food and lifestyle choices. Our mission is to provide products that not only nourish the body but also resonate with a profound sense of balance and vitality, reflecting our holistic approach to well-being.
Nature has always been the greatest healer. However, in order to understand this, one must experience it. Back in the 1920s, R. Krishnaswamy Gounder chanced upon Mahatma Gandhi’s work that espouses this ideal. He turned a naturopath and throughout his life, led by the simple ideals of living in complete harmony with nature.
In 1984, R.K. Nature Cure was born, driven by his goal of empowering everyone to experience the healing, curing and health benefits of living according to the principles of naturopathy. Part of the globally renowned Roots group of companies, Shri Krishnaswamy Gounder also put into place an eco-system that would enable this venture. Almost forty years later, the group elevates the vision of its founder to another dimension: it brings the possibility of making natural living a way of life. Veyr.
Veyr is the Tamil word for root; the very basis of all naturopathic healing. Every Veyr product comes from tried and tested formulations that have been practiced by naturopathy healers for centuries. What’s more, these methods of allowing nature to heal and cure, are practiced with the same rigour at R.K. Nature Cure as well. Veyr brings together these age-old practices, natural farming, the slow, gentle art of manual processing and science to ensure that there is a healthy alternative to every kind of food we consume, and products we use every day.
